Abstract: This workshop explores the conceptual and practical use of computer programming as a tool for creating art. It draws inspiration from traditional geometric arts, where shapes were crafted using simple tools like a compass and ruler to achieve intricate symmetrical designs. Participants will first practice hand-drawing geometric relationships using these tools and then translate these principles into a digital environment. Ultimately, these geometric and mathematical relations will be programmed and visualized through computer-generated renderings.
