Prerequisites: Lineer cebir ve lisans soyut cebire giriş dersi (linear algebra and undergraduate abstract algebra)
Level: Lisans 3, 4’üncü sınıflar (advanced undergraduate)
Abstract: Matris temsilleri ve grup modülleri, indirgenebilirlik, tam indirgenebilirlik ve Maschke teoremi, G-homomorfizmaları ve Schur önsavı, Grup karakterleri, karakterlerin iç çarpımları, vakit kalırsa Grup cebirleri ve ayrıştırılması.  Bütün temsilleri karmaşık cisim üzerinde (sıfır karakteristik, cebirsel kapalı) düşüneceğiz. (Matrix representations and G-modules, reducibility, complete reducibility and MAschke’s theorem, G-homomorphisms and Schur’s lemma, group characters and their inner products, if time, group algebras and their decompositions.  All considered representations will be over complex numbers (characteristic zero and algebraically closed.)
