Abstract: $F$ bir cisim olsun. $F$ üzerindeki afin veya projektif düzlemde yer alan sonlu sayıda doğrudan oluşan bir konfigürasyona bir “doğru ayarlaması” denir. Bu derste $F$ cismi reel sayılar, kompleks sayılar veya sonlu bir cisim olduğu durumlarda, doğru ayarlamalarıyla ilgili çeşitli kombinatorik ve topolojik kısıtlar incelenecektir. Katılımcıların lineer cebir biliyor olmaları beklenmektedir, topolojiden kullanılacak kavramlar ise ders içerisinde tanıtılacaktır. (Let $F$ be a field. A configuration of lines in the affine or projective plane over $F$ is called a “line arrangement”. In this course, various combinatorial or topological obstructions on line arrangements will be studied in the cases when $F$ is the field of real numbers, complex numbers, or a finite field. The audience is expected to know linear algebra, however the topological concepts to be used will be introduced within the course).
